Bodyworks
At the heart of my practice is a simple truth: bodies are magic. They hold wisdom, resilience, and the capacity to heal when given the space and support to do so.
Take time to heal.
benefits of regular massage:
Stress Relief
Enhanced Vitality
Emotional Balance
Pain Management
Improved Sleep
Enhanced Well-being

My work is grounded in the values of presence, compassion, consent, and collaboration. I believe bodywork is most effective when it’s built on trust and mutual respect—when clients feel seen, heard, and empowered throughout the process. Each session begins with listening: to your words, your body’s cues, and the subtle shifts that guide the work moment by moment.
I approach massage as a partnership in healing, not a one-size-fits-all service. This means honoring boundaries, inviting feedback, and adapting every session to your evolving needs. By holding space with empathy and care, I create an environment where your body can soften, recalibrate, and restore.
The Bodywork Philosophy
About Me
My name is Artemis Wilder (they/she)
Artemis Wilder Bodyworks grew out of a lifetime surrounded by healing and holistic wellness. With a parent who was a bodyworker and years spent in Oregon’s alternative health community, I was raised with a deep respect for the transformative power of touch, presence, and connection.
After graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts and becoming licensed in 2019, I set out to create a practice that blends technical expertise with warmth, empathy, and inclusivity. My work recognizes that bodies hold stories of tension, stress, and trauma—and true healing happens when those layers are met with care and safety.
This practice is the culmination of my love for hands-on healing, respect for diverse bodies, and belief that everyone deserves to feel grounded, balanced, and supported in their body.

Client Process
From the first point of contact, I aim to make your experience clear, comfortable, and personalized.
When you reach out—whether through my website, email, or by phone—I take time to understand your goals, areas of concern, and preferences. Booking and payment are handled through Common Ground’s secure system, and I’m always available to answer questions before your appointment.

1
After you've booked an appointment
Once booked, I provide transparent information about session options and techniques—such as deep tissue, myofascial release, or trigger point therapy—so you know what to expect and feel empowered to offer feedback.
2
What to expect during our session
During your session, I maintain attuned, responsive touch, clear communication, and a calm, supportive environment. I check in at the start, during, and after to ensure pressure, pace, and focus meet your needs. My goal is to provide effective relief, deep relaxation, and a sense of ease in every session.
3
After the session
Afterward, I encourage ongoing communication to support continued wellness. Many clients schedule regular sessions for maintenance, while others return as needed for specific concerns. Every interaction is designed to be welcoming, thoughtful, and centered on your comfort and healing.
Core Services
Sessions take place at Common Ground Wellness Cooperative in Portland, Oregon. Booking an additional soak and sauna before or after the massage is recommended to deepen relaxation.
My massage practice centers on deeply therapeutic bodywork designed to restore balance, relieve pain, and cultivate lasting relaxation. I specialize in deep tissue massage, supported by techniques such as cupping, hot stone therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy, and Swedish massage.

Client Gratitude
This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.
